Who operates Personality Focus

Personality Focus is operated under the business name Query Labs, a sole proprietorship based in India.

The free assessment

Adults aged 18 or over can complete the 50-question assessment without creating an account. An account is required to see five trait scores and a personalized free summary. Answers describe how you see yourself; results may vary with context and over time.

Your optional report

A detailed report costs $24.99 USD before promotions. The OLA-BRAZIL promotion deducts $15.00, for a total of $9.99 USD charged by Personality Focus. It is a one-time payment for one completed assessment. There is no trial, subscription, or recurring charge. Your card issuer may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees separately.

The report includes online access, a PDF, detailed trait interpretations, strengths, development suggestions, communication and work-style reflections, and a seven-day action plan. Free retakes are available; each new detailed report is a separate optional purchase.

Payment and report access

Stripe processes card payments. Report access begins when payment is confirmed by Stripe, including when you close the browser before returning here.

Refunds and statutory rights

Brazilian consumers: seven-day right of withdrawal

Where Brazilian consumer law applies, qualifying online purchases carry a seven-day right of withdrawal under Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. This period is counted from signing the contract or receiving the product or service, as applicable. Our voluntary policy below does not shorten this period or limit any other statutory rights.

Our voluntary three-day refund policy

We offer a voluntary full refund when you contact us within three calendar days after your paid report becomes available. You do not need to give a reason. Your statutory rights remain available independently of this voluntary window.

Email support@personalityfocus.com with your account email and, if available, your order reference. Refunds are handled manually through Stripe. You can also find our contact details on the support page.

When a refund is confirmed, the full report is deleted and its online and PDF access ends. This also applies to a partial refund. Your free summary remains available. Copies you previously downloaded cannot be recalled. These terms do not remove any rights that apply to a purchase.

Methodology and limitations

The questionnaire uses the public-domain IPIP 50-item Big-Five Factor Markers. The dimensions are Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Emotional Stability, and Intellect/Imagination. Reverse-scored items use 6 minus the response; ten scores are summed for each trait.

The visual 0–100 scale rescales your raw 10–50 score. It is not a population percentile or an intelligence score. Interpretations use product-defined descriptive thresholds and are not validated population classifications. No diagnosis, relationship compatibility, employment suitability, or guaranteed life outcome is provided.
